1. Who we are

Give Up Gambling (giveupgambling.com) is run by Off Solutions Limited, based in New Zealand ("we", "us"). You can contact us at support@giveupgambling.com. By buying the course you agree to these terms.

2. What you're buying

The 14-Day Give Up Gambling course is a series of 14 daily lessons delivered by email. Each lesson includes a practical task and reflection questions. Day 1 is sent shortly after you buy, and the rest follow one a day.

If an email doesn't arrive, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us and we'll resend it. The lessons are yours to keep.

3. Replying to us

You're welcome to reply to any lesson or email support@giveupgambling.com. Brad reads every message and will reply when he can, but the inbox isn't monitored around the clock and there's no guaranteed response time.

Email is not a crisis service. If you're in crisis or worried about your safety, contact a free gambling helpline (listed on our home page), your local emergency number, or a health professional.

4. What the course is not

The course is educational content based on personal experience. It is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or financial or legal advice, and we are not health professionals. It can sit alongside professional support, but it doesn't replace it.

The course gives you tools and a plan, but your results depend on you and your circumstances. We can't promise any particular outcome.

5. Price and payment

The course costs $89 USD as a one-off payment. Any applicable sales tax is included in that price. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, and the charge appears on your statement as GUG LEARNING. There are no subscriptions or ongoing charges.

6. Refunds

7. Who can buy

You must be 18 or over to buy the course.

8. Using the content

The course is licensed to you for your own personal use. You're welcome to share what you learn with the people supporting you, such as a partner, family member or counsellor. Please don't republish, resell or distribute the lessons. All course content is our copyright.

9. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded. That includes the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 in New Zealand, the Australian Consumer Law, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK, and equivalent laws where you live.

10. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including financial losses from gambling, arising from the course or from your use of it. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the course. This doesn't affect your rights under section 9.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. If you buy as a consumer outside New Zealand, you keep any protections the law of your country gives you.
